All ethnic states should ban Amharic from their state and let use the national language of the classrooms of English to the federal means of communication. This is the biggest leverage and card Amhara has in all Ethiopian life, Ethiopia states should wake up and get rid of the shackle of Amhara language and use your own and the already set up English language in the nation classrooms.
