There are trouble makers inside the US governmental agencies and these people are always in search of faultlines, and they are very good identifying one. Its like you feel itchy on your cheeck and before you know it the spot gets redish and sensitive, you keep on touching it will grow in size, eventually gaining your undivided attention. That's what they do, they look for a spot to itch and make it grow, eventually nurture it to be an explosive situation. Their only solution is to have a democratic system, so no government stays long enough to be impacted by them.

But, the wars and misuse ofdonors funds and food aid by extremists, terrorists, radicals and socialists from Amhara & Tigray (like Minilik, Haile-Selale, Mingistu, Meles Zenawi, etc) and local militias (Janjawid; liyu police) remains challenging . Good governance and leadership are urgently needed for the Horn of Africa region.
