In his "ahiyawin ferto dawilawin" speech, Meles started his speeches by accusing Mahibere-Kidusan. he said the group on the timket celebration had been heard making slogans that say "ande hager, ande haymanot" which means one nation and one religion. I doubt if Mahibere-Kidusan members will make such kind of foolish slogan but i know the group is active on the purity of orthodoxy and protecting the orthodox followers through numerous teachings the Orthodox seinod members failed to do. Anyways, Meles started by Mahibere-kidusan and went into Selafism and Ahibash. it is clear and evident that he likes the Ahbash not because its founder is ethiopian from harar, but it poses no threat to his opportunistic rule that favoures the ethnic base he came from. His speech on Selafism is a much toned down one compared to his sarcastic, egoistic and slanderous speech he made against ethio opposition, shabia-eritra or even orthodox religion. If i was a muslim who is organizing the recent opposition at anwar mesgid, awelia etc, i would have giggled and said to myself, "Meles, you are a chicken and you are scared of us..........."

I rarely respond to ignorants like you. but i found it important here since it is a thread that i opened and you are trying to divert it to muslim vs christian as i expected of you as a Tigrayan-TPLF. You said, Yohannes will be ashamed of us (amhara christians) which implies that we christains have to punish the muslims who are saying no to Meles intervention on their religion. Meles on his speech begged the muslims saying, "we allow the selafism to flourish in ethiopia...in arusi and bale....". what happened in arusi, bale, harrar and jimma? the radicalized muslims through salafism burnt churches and monastries in which Meles gave a deaf ear because he assumed that those churches were serving the neftegna amhara and those who accepted its religion.
