This is getting strange by the day. The TPLF [deleted]'s leader went to his stooge parliament and reported that 100 "gold miners" were abducted by Eritrea and his forces took appropriate actions. He didn't say what the "appropriate" action was. Now Reporter is reporting 40 or 75 "gold miners" were abducted last Saturday night 100 were abducted and taken to Eritrea. Then the same abductors return on Sunday and take 40 more. Really?

BTW, there is no gold mine there but according to Reporter they mine gold in some "traditional" way, whatever that means. It also reports that these people were settled there in 1995, probably after stealing the land from Gondar. "Things that make you go hmmm!"

በትግራይ ክልል በቃፍታ ሑመራ ወረዳ በኤርትራ አዋሳኝ በሆነው የተከዜ ወንዝ ልዩ ስሙ ፅርግያ ግርማይ በተባለው አካባቢ፣ በባህላዊ መንገድ ወርቅ በማውጣት ላይ ተሰማርተው ከነበሩት መካከል ቁጥራቸው ከ140 በላይ ነዋሪዎች ማንነታቸው ባልታወቁ የታጠቁ ኃይሎች ታፍነው ወደ ኤርትራ መወሰዳቸውን በአካባቢው የሚገኙ የሪፖርተር ምንጮች ጠቆሙ፡፡ በቃፍታ ሑመራ ወረዳ ደድሪስ እየተባለ በሚጠራው አካባቢ በ1995 ዓ.ም. የተቋቋመው ‹‹ሀገረ ሰላም›› አዲስ የሰፈራ መንደር ነዋሪ ከሆኑት መካከል ቁጥራቸው እስከ 300 የሚደርሱ ነዋሪዎች፣ የኤርትራ አዋሳኝ በሆነው በተከዜ ወንዝ በባህላዊ መንገድ ወርቅ በማውጣት ሥራ ላይ ተሰማርተው ይገኛሉ፡፡

ባለፈው ቅዳሜ ሌሊት ማንነታቸው ያልታወቁ ከኤርትራ የመጡ የታጠቁ ኃይሎች ወንዙን ተሻግረው ከሌሊቱ አምስት ሰዓት አካባቢ በአንድ ላይ ተኝተው የነበሩትን ከ100 በላይ ነዋሪዎች ከበዋቸው ካደሩ በኋላ፣ ጠዋት አፍነው እንደወሰዱዋቸው የአካባቢው ምንጮች ለሪፖርተር አስረድተዋል፡፡

እንደ ምንጮቹ ገላጻ ከሆነ፣ አፋኞቹ ቀን ሲሰልሉ ውለው ድርጊቱን በሌሊት የፈጸሙ ሲሆን፣ በቁጥጥር ሥር ውለው ከታፈኑት መካከል አንዳንዶቹ ወንዙን በመሻገር ላይ ሳሉ ዋኝተው ማምለጥ ችለዋል፤ በአፋኞች ተተኩሶባቸው ጉዳት ሳያደርስባቸው ቀርተዋል፡፡ ይኼው ድርጊት ቅዳሜ ለእሑድ አጥቢያ የተደገመ ሲሆን፣ ሰባት ሰዓት ላይ ተጨማሪ ቁጥራቸው 40 የሚሆኑ ነዋሪዎች በተመሳሳይ ታፍነው ተወስደዋል፡፡

ምንጮች እንደሚሉት፣ ድርጊቱን ፈጻሚዎች በኤርትራ ውስጥ የሚንቀሳቀሱ ታጣቂዎች ሳይኖሩበት አይቀርም፡፡

ሦስት ሴቶችና አንድ አዛውንት ከታፈኑት መካከል ተለቀው የተመለሱ መሆናቸውም ከምንጮች ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡ ከታፈኑት መካከል ገ/መድህን ተኽላይ፣ እምባየ ፀሐየ እና ካሕሱ የተባሉት ግለሰቦች ካመለጡት መካከል ይገኙባቸዋል፡፡

የቃፍታ ሑመራ ወረዳ ፀጥታ ቢሮ ስማቸው እንዳይገለጽ የፈለጉ አንድ ኃላፊ ግን፣ ታፍነው የተወሰዱት ነዋሪዎች ከተለያዩ ወረዳዎች የመጡ መሆናቸውን አምነው ቁጥራቸውም ከ75 እንደማይበልጥ ገልጸዋል፡፡ የታፈኑትን ሰዎች ቁጥር ከሌሎች ኃላፊዎች በማጣራት ላይ ሳሉ፣ ሌላ ግለሰብ ስልኩን ተቀብለው፣ ‹‹ማን ነህ አንተ? ምን ፈልገህ ነው?›› በማለት ጥያቄ አቀረቡ፡፡ ማንነታችንን ስንነግራቸው፣ ‹‹ኮሙዩኒኬሽን ቢሮ መጠየቅ ትችላለህ፤ ወደ ትክክለኛ ቦታ አልደወልክም፤›› በማለት ምላሽ ሰጥተው ሳይጨርሱ፣ ቢሮአቸው የሚመለከተው ጉዳይ መሆኑን ለማስረዳት ቢሞከርም፣ ስልኩን ጆሮአችን ላይ ዘግተው፣ በተደጋጋሚ ሲደወል ስልኩን ለማንሳት ፈቃደኛ አልሆኑም፡፡

የአፈና ድርጊቱ በአዲሱ የሰፈራ መንደርና በአጠቃላይ በወረዳው ውስጥ መደናገጥ የፈጠረ ሲሆን፣ ድርጊቱ ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ እሑድ ሌሊት ከተፈጸመ በኋላ የኢትዮጵያ የፀጥታ ኃይሎች ወደ አካባቢው ተንቀሳቅሰው ሁኔታውን ማረጋጋታቸውን ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡ ታፍነው ስለተወሰዱት ዜጎች ሁኔታ ግን በተመለከተ ምንም ፍንጭ አልተገኘም፡፡

If this news holds true, we pray for the sake of the fallen brothers and sisters, the Ethiopian parliament summon the Defence Ministry officials to explain why they are failing to protect the citizens! The government is really taking for granted the people's silent anger on this issue!

One way to divert the attention of the current Muslim turbulence is to talk about Issays's condition continuously. I agree with what Elias said in another thread. At the end of the day no one but Ethiopians free themselves from the jaws of Weyane. If we get help from others well and good if not regardless of how long it will take us we will get our freedom soon or later.
