ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — An official says gunmen attacked a commercial farm in Ethiopia’s western Gambella region and killed five workers.

Government spokesman Shimeles Kemal said Sunday that the attackers wounded nine people as they shot indiscriminately late Saturday at workers on the vast farm. The property is owned by Mohammed Al-Amoudi, an Ethiopian-born Saudi businessman who is among the world’s richest men.

He said that among the dead were four Ethiopians and a Pakistani national. Five Pakistanis were among the wounded.

The official said six of the suspected assailants are now in police custody and that it is still unclear why the farm was targeted.

The farm produces cash crops such as rice.

It’s good for the Woyane regime, and also Arabs and Indians to leave Gambella region. Otherwise, they will be killed and face situation like the Chinesse in Obole of Ogaden in 2007.

This is where every one of us defines as Ethiopians when we attack foreigners who occupied our lands. Those land grabbers should be attacked and driven out from the country and all Ethiopians should give or express their support to our hero attackers. Land auctioning is not an investment the country will be benefited but the boss from Meles down income generating sources in the form of briberies.

you still haven't answered my Question. In regard to who is weyanne, we all have seen you actively attacking G7 & OLF when they started to work together against a common foe. thanks to whims like you who chose weyanne to rule indefinite than see it being checked by oppressed people, i cheer when weyanne get bloody nose everywhere. the problem with you people is that you are very simple for weyanne to manuplate your emotions

Bantu Semira,

Before you make Woyane nose bleed, you and your likes will be cut their heads every where and we will plant you something to finish you with out the hand of Woyane. The attackers are simple farmers who do not have any affiliation to any groups but to restore thier land is thier fight. Every corner someone farts or sneaths you feel Jigna Bantu instead of going yourself do the dirty work what you believe.
