Hillary Clinton launches African tour with veiled attack on China

US secretary of state contrasts US commitment to democracy and human rights with rival powers' focus on exploiting resources

Hillary Clinton, the US secretary of state, has started an 11-day tour of Africa by contrasting America's commitment to democracy and human rights with rival powers' focus on exploiting resources.

Although Clinton did not mention any country by name, her remarks will be widely interpreted as a swipe at China, which eclipsed the US as Africa's biggest trading partner three years ago.

Tell that monster Hillary to go to Hell.
China is a good friend of Africa while the USA is a great enemy.
For example the US engineered the AIDS virus to wipe out Africans and it gave Africa leaders like Meles Zenawi and eliminated those like Lumumba,Nkrumah and Haile Selassie.

She is 10 years too late. China is already involved in several multi-billion dollar projects in Africa and it didn't need to use its military prowess to negotiate the contracts. The power of persuasion (some call it soft power) was the only tool China used to set foot in the continent. Clinton's cowboy diplomacy no longer works on Africans who are increasingly asserting their sovereign rights and national interests to fair trade agreements. She needs to think outside the box. The slave named Adwash doesn't represent Africans.

No one knows the origin of the HIV virus, but we all know how it is spread, prostitution. If African men hadn't been so fond of prostitutes, the wives and children of African men would not suffer so much.

Neither China, nor the USA nor Europe nor the Arab nations are good for Africa. All they want is to [deleted] the wealth out of the ground and throw away the carcass.

Remember Libya, the Eu and USA used their Libyan rebels to kick China out of Libya, now China will not be allowed in Libya again, all its billion dollar investments in Libya were lost.

Take the case of Ethiopia, the Chinese are investing a lot there, for now the Americans want Woyane to stayin power. But on the day the Americans want Woyane out of Ethiopia, they will just organize the entire Ethiopian opposition in the diaspora and will install it as the new government in Ethiopia. Then the Chinese, the Arabs and Indians will be kicked out of Ethiopia, because of their past association with WOyane. Europeans and Americans are a lot better than the Chinese in the art of skull duggery. America and Europe are very capable of kicking China out of Africa, they are just waiting for the right time.

Shalom,

But critics say China has financially supported countries with poor human rights records, prompting concerns about labor abuses and corruption.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Hillary Clinton must be kidding, she is just a kidder, a very funny kidder.

She is pouring billions to keep Meles, Museveni, Kibaki and their armies fed well, so they can kill peace loving democracy seeking Africans while rerouting billions of dollars back to Swiss banks. Even "WSJ" told the world over $11 Billion went out of Ethiopia in eight years time. She must be the best kidder Sec Ste to have come.

Sure, we do not appreciate China giving Meles Zenawi and the other dictators the recent most technology to stop Africans' voices from being heard throughout the continent, but to suggest they are damaging Africans any less than her office has been is simply a cruel joke against Africans, especially sub-sahara Africans.

So, you have been negotiating contracts with the communist party of China for ten years to set feet in Africa? Can you enlighten us how this has been happening? Who does Awash represent?
