Re: Gud Naw!!!

I must admit i have enjoyed the discussion until some useless flies like ProudEthiopia and EritreanFreedomSlave entered the discussion and diverted it to their childish gimmerish.

What i noticed though is that Eden, the hardcore woyanne giving lessen to her low level cadres such as revelation, mitimita/belaynesh and more. Eden has proven that she is intellectually superior than those woyanne cadres (rev and belaynesh) whose education didn't pass 8th grade.

Mitimita/Belaynesh always wants for a united Tigrigna population which seems unfeasable. I myself grew-up thinking the Eritrean Tigrigna speakers and Tigray people as one. But, that was due to lack of knowledge on the ground. What i learnt is that there is to many differences to make that population as one. phsycology, way of life, including much of the language and accent is different. thus the Tigrigna behere in Eritrea doesn't see the one accross the border as its sibling. It doesn't even see it as its offshot. this has ofcourse caused a lot of pain to belaynesh/mitmita and revelation

Mitmita,

There are other factors, besides the ethnicity of the parents, that make the identity of a person. Bereket Simon parents are both "Tigrigna" ethnic group but he is not! He is just one example I'm giving you. There are millions like him who are not the same ethnicity as their parents. You see how his parent's origion is irrelevant then? If his parent's ethnicity or origin were relevant, he wouldn't be Ethiopian leader now, would he? He would be leading in Eritrea (or jailed with G15).

Just because you are the same ethnicity as your parents doesn't mean all people are the same ethnicity as their parents. By the way, this may not be easy to understand for some but I can point to you a lot of research done on this issue.

phsycology, way of life, including much of the language and accent is different.

Semira,

There is more psychological, life style and accent differences within Tigray, say between Mekhoni and Axum, than between some Tigray parts, say Axum, and the "Tigrigna" of Eritrea.

You must be confused, Bereket Simon is a Tigrayan just like you. :)

Bereket's real name is Mebrahtom and he is known in Gondar high school (the only high school at the time there). His parents are both "tigrigna" ethnicity from Eritrea. He is leading Ethiopia and the Ethiopians, like hagos kisha, are leading Eritrea today. These are facts.

I'll reiterate, he's a Tigrayan like you. You will never be excepted by the One People One Love nation, stop trying. You Tigrayans are confused you don't know if you want to lead Ethiopia or create your country of Tigray.

I have met Gonderes who went to school with bereket in Gonder. Edens explanation makes sense. Hitler is known as German. But his true origin is in Austria which isn't seen by the German as pure German. what matters most is the persons choice. not his parents or not what others want to classify him.

Eden as usual has shown that she is the woyannes top dog much like hmantes the shabian intellectual and Oj The ethiopian opposition defacto leader here. :D :D

This thread alone is good enough that much of the woyanne buchilas (belaynes/miminta and Revu) need intellectual or spiritual guide from the Eritrean low lander Eden

I don't think Bereket ever wanted to be accepted as "tigrigna" of Eritrea. The point I'm making is that although his parents are "tigrigna" ethnicity, he is not, nor does he claim to be "tigrigna" Eritreawi. He never claimed to be Eritrean, so don't deny him what he never claim because if you do, it says something about you than him.
