የወያኔ ስርአት በታሪኩ እንዲህ ያለ የተምታታ ሁኔታ ላይ የደረሰበት የታሪክ አጋጣሚ ነበር ለማለት አይቻልም። የባንክ ሰራተኞች የስራ ማቆም አድማ፣ የኦነግ ከመሸጋገሪያው መውጣት፣ የኤርትራ ጦርነት፣ የህወሃት መከፋፈል፣ ምርጫ 97 የመሳሰሉ አጋጣሚዎች ለኢህአዴግ ፈታኝ የነበሩ መሆናቸው ይታወቃል።

ሁኔታዎች በፍጥነት ሲለዋወጡ ሰንብተዋል። ለዚህ ሲለዋወጥ ለሰነበተ ውዥንብር መቁዋጠሪያ ለማበጀት የኢህአዴግ ምክርቤት ከመስከረም 3 እስከ 5 ስብሰባ ጠርቶአል። ርግጥ ነው፣ ውዥንብሩን ለመቀነስ የሚረዳ፣ ከሃሜት የሚያድናቸውን አንድ ደካማ መዋቅር በመፍጠር፣ “ችግሩ ተፈትቶአል” ብለው ሊውጁ ይችላሉ።

ሊቀጥሉ ግን አይችሉም። ኢህአዴግ ማእከል አጥቶአል። ቀደም ሲል ኢህአዴግ አንድ መቋጠሪያ ነበረው። አንድ የሚፈሩት ሰው ነበራቸው። ሁሉም ልዩነቱን፣ ቅሬታውን ብሶቱን ይዞ የሚሮጥበት አንድ ቢሮ ነበር። አሁን ያ የለም። ጃንጥላው ተቀዶአል። ከጥቂት በላይ ምሰሶዎች በያቅጣጫው እየተተከሉ ነው። በራቸውን መክፈት ካልቻሉ፣ አፍጦ የመጣባቸውን እውነት ማየት ካልቻሉ እጣ ፈንታቸው ደጃፋቸው ላይ ከተቀመጠው መልአከ ውድቀት እጅ ላይ መውደቅ ይሆናል።

HD, Girma, Abba Dula, Kuma, Addisu, Demeke, Bereket, Arkebe, Abay, Seyoum, Sebhat, Berhane, Tewdros, Azeb, Samora, Getachew, none of them can save the TPLF from its final resting grave it is heading to. Did you think all that wailing of the TPLF a couple of weeks ago was for Meles? No, it was for themselves. In the heart of their hearts they know the game is over.
