That's is very true. Realistically speaking, woyanne will most likely take the country with it if it loses power. It will most likely start a re-negotiation and rehabilitate its relationship with seccesionist forces like Olf and ONLF, which would be to their delight. And distribute power amongst them in their respective regions. While ONLF and OLF fight over places like Harar and Dire dawa which both sides claim, while OLF and other Ethiopianists fight over shewa and wollo, woyanne will quietly retreat back to tigray. Anybody can imagin what will follow, chaos and anarchy will erupt in Ethiopia, while woyane will work hard to persuade the big powers for a recognition of its Tigray republic. Ethiopian muslims are the only group who do not fall for the weyane divide and rule policy ,religion supposed to be like that uniting people for a higher purpose .It has been a year they are going strong without a blink.Their demands are fair.The Ethiopian political leaders should learn alot from the Ethiopian muslim movement and ESAT.

The Christian side of the equation will soon find out what the Muslims have been going through -- what with the impending Patriarch election. Although most of you are a little too slow to catch up, I stated about 8 months ago what position the Christian side should take. Back then I stated three things

1) The Muslim question in Ethiopia, as it exists now, is of government non-interference in their affairs. This is THE EXACT SAME QUESTION the Ethiopian Orthodox church has.

2) Christians have self-interest in the independence of Muslims from government interference. Islam with "TPLF inside it" will result in "terrorist activities" that are not only religious but political as well. You would not be able to tell when a bomb explodes in the middle of Aids Ababa, whether it is caused by independent terrorists or TPLF. Many terrorist activities inside "Ethiopia" were the works of TPLF. For example, the two minibuses which were bombed in Addis Ababa during the hieght of a political tension were the works of TPLF, according to Wikileaks. If TPLF infiltrates the Ethiopian muslims, it will have had legit cover for similiar civilian carnages whenever its power is challenged.

3) When TPLF sent its "red herring" priests to the USA for a "supposed truce" with the "Ethiopian Western synod", most of you never understood what was going on. Infact what TPLF was doing was keeping you and most importantly "the people in Ethiopia" divereted from the most important event that is going to take place around this time -- the election of a new Patriarch. The important thing to take away from this is that when TPLF is inside "your church" it can send you negotiators that have NO intention of negotiating a peace deal, cadres that have no interest in the religion but playing you a fool. The MUSLIM protest is SOMETHING the Christian part should join and not remain neutral to it.

Someone on Nazret blog commented that I believe so many should be thinking of especailly what Semira has been saying using Ethiopians as "cannon fodders" in 1998 by TPLF and Shabia. The commenter said since TPLF has its article 39 in the constitution, that could be waiting for the right moment to force Tigray to secede, therefore if there is any future war comes because of Badme between TPLF and Shabia, Ethiopians should not sacrifice again and lose their blood in vain if that is to occur that Tigray will secede forcibly by TPLF after all why the rest of Ethiopians spill their blood again for the region that secedes that won't belong to Ethiopia no longer. I think so however, you have to understand there is also more enemies, than TPLF you have to think of. There are now groups outside or inside who would take advantage of this TPLF baiting for their own end game. If Muslims are determined, what then, they are going to claim power and make Ethiopia Islamic. Have you heard when TPLF is being asked to bring democracy they said we have fought and spilled our blood and there fore it is our right to strangle Ethiopia for our benefits, That is what they have been saying. If Islam wins in getting rid of TPLF then, it is not going to hand it to the Christians after the work they have done to get rid of TPLF. They will install Islam with no questions asked with backing of many Arab leage and their neighbors. I definitely would not expect any support from West if they are not getting benefit from Chrisitans, why, because they have backed Muslims against Christians in Yugoslavia war.
