The important thing here is that you get the optimum amount of folic acid so that you can have good health. Third, reduce your alcohol intake, as well as the number of sweets you take. Alcohol is basically a downer which can drastically affect your mood. Too much intake of sweets can lead to high levels of sugar which can cause you to swing moods quickly because of sugar crash.
