PowerReviews Raising Third Round
PowerReviews Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of customer reviews and social merchandising solutions for online retailers, has secured $4.93 million of a $9 million financing round, according to a regulatory filing.
The company previously raised around $21.3 million over two funding rounds, from Draper Richards, Menlo Ventures and Tenaya Capital (fka Lehman Brothers Venture Partners). www.powerreviews.com
