Henry Robin Joins North Sea Capital

Henry Robin has joined North Sea Capital as a senior partner, and head of the Denmark-based firm’s New York office. He previously was a partner with AlpInvest.

Here is Robin’s bio, from the North Sea Capital website:

Henry Robin joined the team in 2009 to head North Sea Capital’s office in New York. He is a United States national and has over twenty years’ experience in investment management, the last seventeen of which have been in private equity portfolio management. Previously he was a founding partner of AlpInvest Partner’s New York office and he has also held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and the MacArthur Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Acon-Bastion Partners II, EQT Opportunity and Sovereign Capital II.

He holds a B.S. and a M.M. from Northwestern University and was named an F.C. Austin Scholar at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
