In the last few years, people have also started checking whether the e-mail provider has an inbuilt spam filter. This is because spam messages have become a very serious problem and a majority of people would prefer to use an e-mail provider that can filter out as much spam messages as possible. Most of the free e-mail providers have now incorporated spam filters in their e-mail systems.
