Monitor Review: Lenovo L222wA
A Great Display, Everytime
Lenovo is one company that is overtaking and overrunning the market with displays of all shapes, sizes and functionalities and they are possibly the company with the most number of displays out in the market. But, one downside with Lenovo is that their displays always seem to cater to the niche business segment and not to the common people. We take a look at the Lenovo L222wA.
The specifications of the Lenovo L222wA are:
22 inch viewable size

170 Degree Horizontal Viewing Angle, 160 Degree Vertical Viewing Angle

The Lenovo L222wA is a display that has been designed exquisitely to make any desk look beautiful and blessed and can easily turn into the envy of anybody who doesn’t have this. The glossy finish makes this shimmer in the sunlight and that is what many people like about this display. Also, it can be kept on the desk, or mounted or whichever way you like your monitor. So, the options even there with the Lenovo L222wA are nearly endless.
Another great advantage is that the Lenovo L222wA has a very small footprint which means that it takes up very minimal space on the desk and leaves a lot of space balance for other peripherals or things which you may want on your desk. And, we have to remember that this small footprint is despite the fact that the Lenovo L222wA is a huge monitor.
The Lenovo L222wA also has a fairly good set of speakers which come built in. The speakers don’t shatter the earth but they do their job properly which is most important. The quality of the speakers on the Lenovo L222wA is average or passable, but certainly better than some of the other speakers we have seen out there.
But, the quality of the images on the Lenovo L222wA was very good and we had nothing to complain about here except for the fact that the horizontal and vertical viewing angles were both a little bad. Also, another issue was the number of stand options of the monitor was severely limited.
