Vigor intros gaming PC with Ion, dedicated graphics

September 13th, 2009 at 4:57 am |

PC maker Vigor has recently released its Stealth NE gaming PC, which is unique in that it combines NVIDIA’s Ion platform together with a choice of dedicated NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. It also has an Asetek liquid cooling system built-in that quietly dissipates heat through a 120mm radiator. CPU choices themselves range from a 2.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo to a 3GHz Core 2 Quad.

Users can also specify up to 8GB of RAM, hard drives up to 500GB in capacity or else a 250GB solid-state drive. The options sheet also includes a Blu-ray drive, while a 7.1-channel audio chipset is standard. There is also Wi-Fi and a gigabit Ethernet port as standard fare, as is Windows Vista.

Pricing for the Stealth begins at $899, which includes 2GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and just the NVIDIA Ion (GeForce 9300) graphics processor.
