EPPF demands release of Birtukan, Teddy

January 12th, 2009 |  |  4 Comments

The Ethiopian People Patriotic Front (EPPF) issued a statement denouncing the imprisonment of UDJ chairperson Birtukan Mideksa and called on Ethiopians around the world to fight for her release.

EPPF also condemned the continued detention of all political prisoners, including artist Tewodros Kassahun (Teddy Afro), who was jailed and convicted on trumped up charges.

The solution, EPPF’s statement said, is the removal of the Woyanne fascist regime and urged Ethiopians to stand together and fight toward that goal.

EPPF on its part will intensify its armed struggle to stop Woyanne’s atrocities, according to the statement. Read more here.

I agree with with comments #1 and #2 completely, except, we Ethiopians are to threat our brothrs and sisters Tigrians with dignity!!. Woyane is an entity, that is from no where!!, just a scam (rikus-menfes!!)that shall be fully cleaned from our sacred land once for all!!. Squeeze this Gimatam Woyane from North and South, and let him gush-out!! and burst!!. I am sue of it!!, that will happen!!. We Ethiopians and Eritreans have a historic opportunity, to make us united as people!!, we have an absolutly perfect enemy!!. An Enemy, that is a threat for our existance, and for our generations to continue. This enemy is a bone on our throat!!, we need to take it out!!.

Woyane is a shame to all Africans, has no dignity, its goal is just be Lolie of others. With no human value at all, Woyane lives for today!!, sees no tomorrow.

Long live the People of Ethiopia and Ertrea!!
