The TPLF mafia doesn’t trust any one who doesn’t have such “qualities” to come near the presidency, particularly after the debacle involving Dr Negasso Gidada who quit the ceremonial job 12 years ago after telling Meles Zenawi: You are looking more and more like Mengistu Hailemariam [paraphrasing].
